This is a little extra blog in honour of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Awareness Month.
Most people only connect the term ‘stress’ with the nervous tension felt when we have too much to do. This is why I often hear the cry of”But I’m not stressed!”when I mention that health issues may be caused by chronic stress. However, ‘stress’ covers a much broader range of experiences than this.
Chiron uses occupational therapy and mind-body treatments for chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and pain.
